From Cardiff Castle to Lewis Arms Tongwynlais
Ramon Corria in association with the Communist Party are organising a revival of the annual Morning Star Sponsored walk, renamed the John Haylett Memorial Walk for the Morning Star. John was a former Editor and Political Editor of the paper and a resident of Cardiff, who died in September 2019 from brain cancer. John would, when his work allowed, regularly join us on the walk and was committed to the survival of the Star.
The walk will take place on Sunday 13th July. Assemble outside Cardiff Castle (Castle Street entrance) at 11.30 am and walk to the Lewis Arms in Tongwynlais village. The walk is about 7 miles and everyone is welcome to join us.
